After reading the reviews, I got in touch as I'd had an infection in a lobe piercing which ended up with me in hospital about a year ago. I wasn't sure if it was advisable to repierce. Donna invited to come for a consultation, she checked my ears, asked questions about the infection and advised a new holes would be better. Donna took loads of time to make sure my new piercings would be in a good position, helped me find the perfect earrings, explained the process and the after care. She's very professional when it comes to it, making sure everything is sterilised, she's quick, pain-free, and makes sure you're comfortable. Her price range is always affordable, making me go back for more because I know I'm safe in her hands with her and always happy with the end result. She will also let you know if you can't get a certain piercing for example my tragus is too small to be pierced she told me this herself and advised I didn't get it, I then went to a different store to see what they would say. They told me i would have been fine with having it piecred however, Donna does what's best for you as an individual, so I decided not to get it pierced.
